implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Utilize
evidence-based practices to provide high-quality mental health
services. Collaborate with the clinical team, including
psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation. Work closely with clients to achieve their
goals and promote recovery. Qualifications: Master's degree in a
relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
preferred, or a bachelor's degree in an approved human services
field with relevant experience. Valid QMHP-CS credential.
Demonstrated competency in providing community-based mental health
services. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to
client-centered care. Excellent communication, collaboration, and
