Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Restoration Associate to join our refurbishing and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, cleaning, repairing, and refurbishing electronic devices impacted by water, smoke, fire, or environmental damage. Your work plays a critical role in restoring valuable property and providing peace of mind to customers during challenging times. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and document damage to electronic equipment Clean, deodorize, and refurbish electronics using specialized tools and techniques Perform functional testing and quality checks on restored items Disassemble and reassemble electronic components safely and accurately Follow established restoration and safety procedures Maintain detailed records of work performed and device status Collaborate with team members to meet production and turnaround goals Qualifications & Experience Prior experience refurbishing, repairing, or restoring electronics preferred Knowledge of consumer electronics, circuit boards, and component handling Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures Comfortable working with tools, cleaning solutions, and diagnostic equipment Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Additional electrical maintenance warehouse duties Large loss commercial experience Preferred Skills Experience with water-damaged or smoke-damaged electronics Soldering or advanced electronics repair experience Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) best practices Technical or vocational training in electronics or related fields Why Join Us Hands-on, meaningful work that restores both property and peace of mind Stable, growing industry with opportunities for advancement Training provided on specialized restoration techniques Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and craftsmanship Apply Today If you enjoy hands-on technical work and take pride in bringing damaged electronics back to life, wed love to hear from you.
