Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Electro-Mechanical systems and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and identify potential issues Replace or repair components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and circuit boards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work performed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Provide input on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance schedules Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
