Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Support: Assist Project
Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of distributed
energy projects from inception to completion. Documentation &
Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including
schedules, budget trackers, and status reports to ensure all
stakeholders are aligned. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:
Support the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) team
in communicating with vendors and tracking equipment deliveries.
Meeting Management: Organize project meetings, capture detailed
minutes, and follow up on action items to drive project momentum.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing project performance metrics and
identifying opportunities for process improvements within the EPC
business unit. Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
Requirements: Basic (Required) Qualifications: 0–1 year of
professional or internship experience. Currently enrolled in an
accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Junior or Senior
standing preferred). Preferred majors include Engineering,
Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic project management concepts or interest in
the renewable energy/utilities sector. Other Requirements: Ability
to work in a hybrid environment and commute to the office as
scheduled. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational skills,
excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive
"problem-solver" mindset. High attention to detail, ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of
personal accountability. Experience with project management
software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6) is a plus.

Concept This is a paid, temporary summer internship. Conversion to
full-time employment is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based
on intern performance, business needs, and open positions at the
conclusion of the program. This position will report to the Project
Coordinator Manager and will last for the duration of June-August
2026. Interns are required to be eligible to work full-time (40
hours). This internship is based out of our headquarters in
