Code Ninjas is a growing global entertainment company in South Houston seeking a Director of Marketing to be responsible for lead generation, lead nurture strategies and managing partners and platforms. This director will manage all aspects of lead activity for our global company with 400 locations around the world. The Director of Marketing will identify opportunities to automate marketing initiatives, share best practices across departments, and build scalable marketing campaigns that deliver leads and sales. RESPONSIBILITIES -- Establish monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation goals -- Own budget and spend for paid advertising -- Proactively identify opportunities to expand lead generation efforts, improve performance and opportunities for training and communication -- Effectively communicate, marketing strategies, campaigns and metrics with stakeholders -- Get hands on with platforms such as CRM, digital marketing, paid ad platforms -- Manage digital marketing vendors -- Strategize and execute industry-leading marketing campaigns and measure performance -- Prepare and present reporting, analysis and recommendations -- Manage of social media channels -- Own search engine optimization including on-site and off-site SEO REQUIREMENTS -- Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing and lead generation -- Energetic and dynamic personality who isn---t afraid to present bold ideas and implement creative solutions -- Highly motivated and self-starter who can quickly connect with a global team and make an immediate impact on marketing campaign performance -- 5 years of marketing experience. -- 3 years of demand generation experience (lead generation, funnel nurture and retention) -- 3 years managing digital marketing (Paid advertising, SEO, Google, Facebook) -- 3 years managing marketing campaign development, execution and analysis SKILLS CRM Platforms Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics Social and Brand Management: Yext, Soci Lead Generation Form Management: Instapage, Unbounce Ecommerce Platforms BENEFITS Full-time position with medical, dental, vision benefits Unlimited paid time off 401k with match Flex schedule, 3 days on-site in Pearland and 2 days remote.
