Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Responsibility for the delivery of reliable operation and maintenance of all plant non-GMP utilities, including but not limited to buildings and grounds, water, electricity, non-GMP HVAC.
  
• Direct and lead the daily work of the Facilities Department including budgeting, hiring and staffing and performance management.
  
• Responsible for the Integrated Facilities Management performance and supervision in the areas of plant security, general cleaning services, cafeteria and vending services and site pest control program.
  
• Responsible for compliance with all current Federal and State regulations regarding buildings and maintenance, acts as a point of contact for the FDA and other government agencies as well as customer audits. -
  
• Interface with the site Integrated Facilities Management service provider for ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreement expectations.
  
• Oversee additional scopes and vendors not under the IFM service level agreement.
  
• Supports and leads all Space Planning efforts at the site, both current and future requirements.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned. - -
  
  Key Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • AS/BS degree in engineering or technical field. - Facilities Manager certification (CFM) preferred.
    
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager in a cGMP/ GMP regulated production facility.
    
  • Extensive experience in managing integrated service agreements/ companies
    
  • Well versed in leading maintenance teams of direct reports and integrated service personnel.
    
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
    
  • MS Office application capabilities to include: Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Teams.
    
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written.
