Job Description:
The Director of Finance will play a critical role in bringing
financial expertise to support the health plan and growth
organizations, leading business model analysis, developing
operational and strategic KPIs, and ensuring the Health Plan
finance organization has scalable processes, analysis, and tools
moving forward. You'll act as a subject matter expert on supported
health plan businesses, markets, and products, applying in-depth
knowledge of each for guidance and recommendations to management.
This role offers the opportunity for a self-motivated individual to
identify business performance drivers, support ad hoc financial
requests, and lead financial decisions in partnership with
leadership inside a growing organization. The opportunity will have
direct exposure to senior leaders inside the organization as well
as a chance to lead and invest in a team of finance personnel.
