Duke Trauma Institute, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to
support the Silver Trauma Tele Unit. The Silver Trauma Unit:
specializes in the care of hospitalized older adult trauma
patients, and it is the first of its kind in the nation.
- Day & Night shift Available
- Prefer 1+ year RN experience working in an in-patient, acute
care setting. Will consider 1+ year RN Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing
or LTAC Experience.
- Takes care of all age ranges but specializes in 55 years and
older - Trauma and general surgical patients.
- 26 bed unit
- 1:4-5 Patient Ratio
- BSN preferred due to Magnet facility. Will consider ADN if
currently enrolled in BSN or if very experienced and willing to
obtain BSN.

QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of
