Confer with surgeons or surgeons' designee to obtain and confirm pertinent billing and demographic information and accurately enter patient and insurance information into system in an accurate and timely manner.Job DescriptionOR Coordinator, OR Scheduling Call Center, Varied shift*Full time; Must be flexible to work 2 days/ 2 night shifts. Exact days will vary but will include two 8 hours shifts and two 12 hour shifts*2+ years of hospital or physician office experience preferred*OR scheduling and/or call center experience preferred*Customer Service experience required*Must have good computer skills. Microsoft Excel experience requiredThis position is located at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDLicenses/Certifications: (none)Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred, in some departments may be required
