Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and
patients through various communication channels
Manage and triage clinical inquiries to ensure prompt resolution
and maintain workflow operations
Track, audit, and manage cases through lab and reporting phases,
ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in general computer and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
setting
Flexibility regarding job assignments and workflow changes
Organizational skills and effective time management
