Job Summary and Qualifications Under the direction of the Chief Radiologic Technologist, the Director of Medical Imaging, and the Staff Radiologists, theRadiologic Technologistis responsible to safely and proficiently perform diagnostic imaging procedures and related patient care according to, government regulations, physician orders, policies and procedures of the Medical Imaging Department, and policies and procedures of the hospital. We want you to apply now!What You Will Do In This Role: You will obtain quality diagnostic images. You will scan in labels and document appropriately. You will Resolve QA issues in a timely manner. You will ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner. You will ensure orders are valid and entered appropriately. You will transport patients as needed.What Qualifications You Will Need: Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology is required. Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) within 12 months of hire. Current G.M.R.T. license with the Texas Medical Board. (L.M.R.T. license is not accepted). American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
