neurosurgery clinic environment supporting multidisciplinary care
teams Gain experience with surgical case coordination, including OR
scheduling workflows and documentation management Utilize Epic EMR
system for comprehensive patient documentation and care
coordination Engage in triage functions and care coordination,
responding to patient calls and MyChart messages Collaborate
closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and surgical
teams in a dynamic clinical setting Support both pediatric and
adult patient populations with opportunities for specialty skill
development Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or
Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma in Nursing with BSN program
enrollment and signed agreement, or current enrollment in nursing
bridge program toward MSN Current RN licensure with the Texas Board
of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact BLS certification from the
American Heart Association required Minimum 9 months of
professional nursing experience PALS certification preferred
Neuroscience, neurosurgery, surgical clinic, or pediatrics
experience strongly preferred Epic EMR proficiency preferred Why
