This is a high-volume, well-supported position with excellent long-term stability and strong system resources behind it. Position Highlights Join a diverse, growing Women's Health team! Immediate, robust volume?private OBs are delivering 40 babies/month Call shared with community providers OB hospitalist/midwifery support Ideal for an experienced physician who enjoys collaboration with other busy clinicians, but is open to new graduates as well System goal is to grow to 4?5 OB/GYNs in Baytown Mix of outpatient clinic, scheduled deliveries, and GYN surgery Leadership potential available within the department Handsome wRVU-based compensation model with excellent benefits Texas license preferred Practice Environment This location offers Level II Maternal and NICU services, advanced obstetric capabilities, and a modern childbirth center staffed by highly trained maternity and neonatal teams.
