Assess patient health needs and implement appropriate respiratory care plans. Operate and monitor respiratory equipment such as ventilators and oxygen units. Educate patients and families on management of chronic respiratory issues. Collaborate with healthcare teams to tailor interventions to patient needs. Maintain records of patient therapy and progress to ensure consistent care. Respond to emergency resuscitation team calls when needed. Proficiency in using ventilators, CPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly in varied environments.
