Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests. Analyze lab reports for accuracy, and input and retrieve data from the laboratory information system. Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory equipment and apparatus. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and the highest safety and infection control standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely lab results and analysis for effective patient care. Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures to enhance the reliability and accuracy of test results. Expertise in using sophisticated laboratory equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent. Valid licensure as a Medical Technologist as required by state regulations.
