General Role Description: To assist director, supervisor in the organization and daily function of the Infusion Center in accordance with established federal, state, and accreditation standards, regulations and Center policies and procedures. To assist the Hematology Oncology Providers and Nurse Supervisor in overseeing patient care activities in the Infusion Center. To maintain high standard of safety for the patient and staff members. Patient liaison for care rendered. Monitor stock levels, outdated supplies and equipment needs and report to Nurse Supervisor/Clinic Administrator. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - RN education - RN License - CPR/BLS - ALS or willing to obtain - 3 years of RN experience in an Infusion/Chemo setting - Proven basic computer skills - Proven clear communication skills - Willing or ability to minimum 8 shifts per month - Willing or ability to 4 shifts per year before or after clinic holidays, with 2 shifts related to a summer holiday and 2 shifts related to a winter holiday or as needed based on department needs Preferred Qualifications: - BSN - Oncology Certified Nurse certificate or willing to obtain certification within 12 months of employment - Ambulatory Infusion Center setting Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
