Job Description:

currently seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team
of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide
specialized speech therapy services to patients, helping them
improve their ability to communicate and swallow, thus enhancing
their quality of life. This role requires a compassionate
professional with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and
an ability to work both independently and collaboratively within
multidisciplinary teams. Assess and diagnose speech, language, and
swallowing disorders in patients of varying age groups. Develop and
implement individualized care plans based on each patient's
specific needs. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and
other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on communication techniques and
strategies to cope with speech and swallowing difficulties.
Maintain accurate records of patient therapy and progress,
compliant with all legal and professional requirements. Strong
understanding of speech-language pathology practices and
techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with
patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to
use various diagnostic tools and technology in speech pathology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
