position is available in Palestine and Beeville area. Primary
Responsibilities of a Licensed Vocational Nurse Provide direct
patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and
physicians, ensuring compliance with facility policies and
standards. Monitor and report patient conditions, symptoms, and
changes in behavior to the healthcare team for further assessment
or intervention. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, documenting all activities accurately and thoroughly in
patient records. Assist in patient education by explaining
procedures and post-treatment care instructions to patients and
families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure
patient needs are met efficiently and effectively. Work Schedule
and Flexibility This position will operate from Day shift X4 LVNs
0545-1815. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment. Minimum
of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in a
similar role preferred. American Heart Association Basic Life
Support (AHA BLS) certification required. Strong communication,
observational, and organizational skills essential for thriving in
