care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and
educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health management. Operate medical equipment, maintain accurate
patient records, and adhere to all hospital health and safety
protocols. Participate in continuous education to improve nursing
skills and maintain state licensure. Collaborate with healthcare
team members to ensure excellence in patient care and outcome.
Proven ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently as well
as part of a team Current knowledge of healthcare technology and
equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
