Job Description:

compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As

direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients based on
individualized needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in assessments,
planning, and implementation of patient care plans. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
Advocate for patient needs and health wellness. Educate patients
and families on health conditions and prevention. Strong clinical
skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using EMR
(Electronic Medical Records) systems. Capability to work both
independently and in team settings. Adaptability to diverse and
changing environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
valid in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
