This role is crucial for the integration and coordination of all case management processes, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes, promoting patient well-being, and achieving high levels of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the case management department, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and improve healthcare delivery standards. Direct the daily operations of the case management department, including staff supervision, workflow, and resource allocation. Develop and implement case management programs to maximize patient outcomes and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care from admission to discharge. Compile, analyze, and report on departmental metrics to guide improvements. Manage departmental budget and ensure appropriate resource allocation. Provide training and support to case management staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards of care. Strong leadership and management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and implement case management plans In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Proficient in healthcare IT systems and case management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred Current RN license in the state of Texas or a compact state
