Job Description:

currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our
Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This night position
involves providing critical care to the most vulnerable newborns
with complex medical conditions and requiring high levels of
medical intervention. The successful candidate will be an
empathetic caregiver with robust clinical expertise and a passion
for nursing excellence. Provide empathetic and efficacious nursing
care to Level IV NICU patients, focusing on infants with severe
medical issues. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and
execute doctors' orders with precision. Coordinate with
multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate and support the families of NICU patients, offering
guidance and information about their infant's condition and care.
Maintain patient records with high accuracy and ensure compliance
with health regulations. Participate in ongoing professional
development and skills training to stay abreast of advancements in
neonatal care. Expertise in neonatal care, especially in high-risk
conditions Proficiency in using NICU medical equipment and
technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work collaboratively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Competence in healthcare software and record-keeping Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Certification as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (RNC-NIC) highly
preferred CPR/BLS and ACLS certification required
