Job Description:

and skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
night shift. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier patient

critical care nursing. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient health and
condition and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Participate in the development and execution of patient
management plans. Administer medications, track vital signs, and
maintain detailed patient records. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and health management. Ensure adherence
to hospital policies and procedures to maintain highest levels of
care standards and safety. Strong expertise in ICU or critical care
settings. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
environments. Proficient in using medical software and patient
management systems. Excellent communication and team collaboration
skills. Capable of critical thinking and swift problem-solving.
Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred.
