As a vital component of our patient recovery team, you will work closely with physical therapists to implement specialized treatment plans that help patients regain independence after illness, injury, or surgery. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to innovative practices to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Assist physical therapists in the execution of patient care plans Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist Document patient progress and response to therapy Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and exercises Maintain equipment and treatment areas Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient Strong skills in physical therapy techniques and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands of the position Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) CPR certified
