Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a premier Texas health system known for an

dedicated CT Technician to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis
at the Southwest Hospital location. In this role, you will be
instrumental in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
You'll work in an innovative environment equipped with
state-of-the-art technology, supporting diagnostic processes and
enhancing patient care outcomes. Operate computerized tomography
(CT) scanners to produce images of patients’ internal structures
for diagnostic purposes. Adjust equipment and comfort patients as
needed, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Administer
contrast dyes, monitor patient condition, and report any adverse
reactions. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with radiologists and other
healthcare team members to evaluate images and determine diagnostic
procedures. Engage in continuous education and training to keep up
with advances in technology and industry best practices. Proficient
in operating advanced CT imaging equipment Ability to administer
and monitor contrast substances Strong understanding of radiology
protocol and safety measures Excellent communication and patient
care skills Capable of working independently as well as part of a
team Certified as a Radiologic Technologist by the American
Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certified in Computed
Tomography by the ARRT preferred
