Job Description Job Title: Patient Service Representative Location: Conroe, TX 77384 Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Contract Duration: 3 Months with a strong possibility of extension Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hr. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient registration and ensure all required forms are completed Verify insurance benefits and patient demographics Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests Communicate with patients, providers, and staff regarding appointments and clinic flow Handle patient inquiries regarding wait times and appointment status Support clinic operations, including documentation, filing, and office coordination Required Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of customer service experience (healthcare setting required) Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Pediatric experience (preferred) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, clinic systems) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred “Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors”
