Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Missouri City, TX, for a Front Desk Medical Assistant. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring efficient office workflows. The role also involves assisting with patient care, maintaining medical documentation, and managing communication with both patients and healthcare professionals. Qualifications Experience in Medical Assisting and providing patient support Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Records management Familiarity with Medical Office procedures and workflows Strong ability to provide compassionate, patient-centric care Proficiency with scheduling tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting is a plus Prior experience in a psychiatry or behavioral health setting is an advantage
