Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and manage patient care at our senior living facilities. The ideal candidate is a compassionate registered nurse with extensive experience in elder care, adept at maintaining a nurturing environment for patients and staff. As an RN Supervisor with Touchstone, you will uphold our commitment to excellence in long-term care and senior well-being, ensuring all healthcare practices meet or exceed regulatory standards. Manage, oversee, and evaluate nursing staff performance Develop patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Maintain staff compliance with health and safety policies Assist in budgeting and clinical operations Conduct training sessions for nursing staff Address and resolve any issues related to patient care Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and elder care best practices Ability to work collaboratively and make strategic decisions Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records 401k Dental Insurance Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas CPR certification Previous experience in gerontology is preferred
