Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is changing the way health cares.Responsibilities:The HR Business Partner II (HRBP) provides HR consultation and integrated solutions to business leaders and employees, integrating HR strategies that align with the business needs. Anticipates and plans for human resources needs and trends in partnership with business leaders and HR centers of excellence including Employee Relations, Talent Management and General HR Administration strategies.Qualifications:Human Resource Business Partner IILocation: Pearland Administrative OfficeDepartment: Gen-Admin-HR Business ServicesJob Type: Full Time
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS(A = basics; B = preferred)
Education
A. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field.B.
Concentration in Human Resources preferred
Experience
A.
4+ years of general Human Resources experience, including Employee Relations and HR Generalist.
Excellent consultative, client service and interpersonal skills; able to effectively influence and manage key relationships across diverse departments and organizational levels;
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using sound judgement that is consistent with Kelsey-Seybold culture, standards, practices, and/or employment law.
B.
Healthcare human resources preferred, or healthcare background

A. Flexible to changing priorities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be customer focused while understanding the need for absolute confidentiality.
