The Recruitment Specialist II will provide primary recruitment support to include sourcing, identification and presentation of qualified candidates to assigned client departments; advises client groups regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults with HR Management and Client Groups to determine and apply probable recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting the Client Group. Assists in the mentoring and development of Recruitment Representatives and HR support staff.
