Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Specialist II will provide primary recruitment
support to include sourcing, identification and presentation of
qualified candidates to assigned client departments; advises client
groups regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults
with HR Management and Client Groups to determine and apply
probable recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting
the Client Group. Assists in the mentoring and development of
Recruitment Representatives and HR support staff.

Human Resources groupHealthcare recruitment experience or sales /
marketing backgroundExperience recruiting for Professional, IT,

-B. -Special -SkillsA.Ability to prepare and manipulate data using
Microsoft Office software products. Demonstrated ability to analyze
recruitment trends and apply appropriate proactive solutions.
Experience with staff planning and strategy. Excellent relationship

SystemOtherA.Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the
acceptance of clinic leadership. Must possess and demonstrate
exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle
employment issues with tact and diplomacy. Demonstrated ability to
