Job Description:
The Deamer Group is currently in search of a Human Resources
Business Partner for a client located in Pearland, TX. If you are
an HR professional who is detailed and self-started with strong

Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner provides operational and
project support to various business partners on the local and
global level within our company. They also provide organizational
support by facilitating the delivery of People Plans, implementing
plans to ensure workforce skill requirements are met, and ensuring
the availability of training for management. S/he will also provide
support to the organization's team by collaborating with People
Services and analyzing data to make informed decisions for the
company.
Responsibilities
Assist business partner leaders to create and carry out a People
Plan for the Sales and Operations teams.
Provide support on business, people, and talent issues within sales
and operations.
Identify how teams can support the achievement of business
objectives.
Maintain and facilitate delivery of the local People Plan.
Ensure the availability of training programs for management.
Support management with complex or unique cases.
Implement strategies to ensure workforce skill, capability,
experience, and successional pipeline meet the necessary
requirements.
Facilitate the forecasting and planning of local skills and talent
pipeline requirements with local and global business strategy.
Collaborate with People Services to use data to identify trends and
causes, quantify the effectiveness /value of People interventions,
forecast the demand of People solutions, and recommend actions
required.
Analyze data to inform workforce planning decisions and update the
People Plan accordingly.
Qualifications
7-10 years of HRBP experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Solid track record working in partnership to improve business
performance.
Experience developing People Plans.
Proficient in managing international or complex, multi-strand
projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform in various aspects of the role
multi-task and meet deadlines while managing competing
priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience working as a business partner for one or more global
businesses.
