Position Title: Technology Services Senior Developer

Type: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Exempt - Computer Employee Exemption or Learned Professional

Reports To: Technology Services Practice Senior Vice-President

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing integrations using industry-standard iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Workato, and Mulesoft.
• At least 2 years' experience with sales operations practices and related accounting/ERP procedures.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with integrating Salesforce and NetSuite with each other and other cloud applications, web services, databases, and file servers.
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment, with a proven ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with data migration from legacy applications, including data extraction, transformation and loading, CSV imports, data mapping, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines. Essential Duties:
  • Collaborate with clients and other consultants to define ERP and CRM implementation project objectives, requirements, and scope.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable configuration, customization, and development activities in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Configure integration tools to address specific use cases, ensuring adherence to integration best practices, including thorough validation testing, end-user testing, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Sync data between applications, web services, databases, and file servers, including Salesforce and NetSuite applications.
  • Evaluate existing integration environments to assess overall quality and optimize performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional team members and clients.
  • Manage project administration tasks, including hours tracking, requirements documentation, testing documentation, and source code repository protocols.
  • Pursue continuing education opportunities to advance skills and expertise. Work Hours, Availability and Responsiveness:
    • Regular business hours are 9 am to 6 pm CST, regardless of whether working on site or remotely, unless a customer engagement establishes different working hours
    • Attendance/participation in customer meetings and calls is a critical part of our business - availability (or lack thereof) must be clearly communicated in advance
    • At all times, Supervisors must be made aware of work schedules, work locations, personal time off ("PTO"), etc., and PTO must be approved in advance and may be subject to limitations depending on customer projects and key milestones/delivery dates
    • Unless on approved PTO, all emails and phone calls must be responded to within one (1) business day, but preferably, by end of the same business day Working Environment/Special Demands:
      • Combination of in-office work and remote/home-based work
      • Extended periods of time interfacing with a computer
      • Extended periods of time sitting
      • Open-office environment where background noise is common, including phone calls, ancillary conversation, traffic, etc.
      • Project-based travel to customer sites for kickoff sessions, user acceptance events, go-live events, etc. Travel is estimated to be up to 20% of total hours worked over a period of time
