Job Description:
Overview:We seek a highly skilled AI Systems Engineer to join our team. You will drive efficiency in our support operations, architect, develop, and optimize AI systems, and lead initiatives for scalable AI solutions, collaborating across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have deep AI expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of implementing AI solutions that improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Lead end-to-end machine learning system design, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
  
• Integrate AI solutions into customer support tools and infrastructure, ensuring scalability.
  
• Collaborate with teams to identify AI integration and automation opportunities.
  
• Design, build, and deploy AI models to solve complex problems.
  
• Monitor and improve AI system performance.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
  
• Stay updated with AI advancements and industry trends.
  
• Deliver technical training on AI/ML technologies.
  
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance in AI initiatives.
  
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  Required Skills and Experience:
  
  
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant fields.
  
• At least 10 years of hands-on AI development experience.
  
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, C++.
  
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical models.
  
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  
• Experience with classical ML techniques and time series analysis.
  
• Experience with large language models, agent frameworks, prompt engineering.
  
• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub.
  
• Understanding of product lifecycle and production deployment.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Knowledge of RTL, Verilog, ASIC development.
  
• Experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
  
• Optimization of AI frameworks for high-performance hardware.

• Benchmarking AI ML designs.
  
• Metrics collection for AI effectiveness.
  
• Expertise in computer vision with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  
• Proficiency with Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure.
