Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost We are seeking an experienced Specialist, CCMS to join in our Houston, TX office. Responsibilities: Support and serve as a workstream lead for CMMS - Plant Maintenance Master Data builds or Upgrades, development & loading for assets / projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business teams. Create and maintain CMMS training materials as well as conduct training sessions for end-users Provide first level support to users for SAP PM and SAP MM related issues, including triage and escalation of technical problems. Lead testing and validation of system upgrades and enhancements related to SAP PM and SAP MM. This includes creating test scenarios and scripts, staging test data, reporting issues to the technical team and recording test results. Act as Subject matter expert for SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) strategically partnering with maintenance & operations to: Manage master data via governance and controls & ensure consistent use of fields within master data records. Support development and delivery of systems training to ensure all users are properly trained in system functionality & business use expectations. Oversee the data integrity and day to day operation of the CMMS system. Provide end-to-end support for SAP PM / MM processes, including archive and restore data; support and maintain the CMMS System reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports. Support any CMMS System Upgrade Projects Work across Global teams to collaborate, learn, and share new process rollouts. Validate mass data loads required for migration from legacy systems or during system implementation. Work with the Information Management team to ensure delivery of quality data from EPC and other contractors to populate the CMMS. Skill Requirements: 5 years of direct CMMS build experience Knowledge on Maintenance Strategies, Philosophies, & PM Optimization methods Create/Validate Maintenance Items & Plans Create/Validate Task list and Standard text Understanding of Workflows of Plant Maintenance system Bill of material creation and assign to task list Knowledge of preventive maintenance, maintenance plans, time/strategy-based Maintenance, breakdowns, and all types of repair processes. Knowledge of all master data objects required to support SAP PM (bills of material, equipment Master, functional locations, work Center etc). Experience with SAP S/4 HANA PM & MM Modules Experience working on MDG implementation on SAP S/4 HANA is a plus. Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
