The role involves managing complex commercial real estate transactions, conducting due diligence such as UCC, lien, litigation, and IP searches, preparing closing documents, and coordinating communications with clients, title companies, and vendors. The candidate must excel in organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring flexibility and the ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include overseeing UCC filings, recording collateral, drafting release documents, and managing project workflows with external vendors.
