Job Description:

currently seeking experienced CDL A Truck Drivers to help us
continue our tradition of excellence and to enhance our
capabilities in meeting the diverse needs of our clients. As a
vital member of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining
our reputation for timely and dependable transport services.
Operate a tractor-trailer or heavy truck to safely transport goods,
materials, or equipment to various destinations in accordance with
scheduled delivery times. Ensure compliance with company policies
and federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the
transportation industry. Regularly inspect vehicles for mechanical
items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance as
prescribed. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, coordinating
as necessary with dispatchers and logistics managers. Document and
log work/rest periods, miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll
receipts. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size,
weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with
company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or
unloading positions and ensure that loading/unloading is performed
properly. Report defects, accidents, or violations and take
preventive measures to avoid repeats of similar issues. Proficient
in operating a commercial heavy vehicle and understanding of
operational safety. Knowledge of electronic equipment and software
(GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to drive long hours and travel
regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules
and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected
situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.). Medical Insurance

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Must have a clean driving
record. Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD).
