Injection Mold Process Technician - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 63k/year - Houston, TX Our client, a Plastics Manufacturing plant is seeking several Injection Mold Processing Technicians for their onsite team outside of Houston, TX. In this role, the Injection Mold Processing Technician will support the injection molding department by monitoring critical machines and ensuring processes remain within specifications. Responsibilities: Monitor critical machines and auxiliary equipment daily to improve process metrics. Prepare reports, collect data, and stop production of nonconforming products as required. Improve safety and quality systems, including guarding equipment and troubleshooting protocols. Handle machine startup and shutdown procedures including precision adjustments. Qualifications: 2 years in plastics manufacturing with a focus on injection mold setup. Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of auxiliary equipment like Thermolators, grinders, blenders, and additive pumps. Strict adherence to Lockdown Sheets, Procedures, and Work Instructions. Compensation: Base salary to 63k/year (flexible dependent on experience) Full Benefits Package Direct Hire INDALL
