JOB SUMMARY

Supports the Physician Compensation function by preparing and maintaining related reports and analyses as directed by the department Director. Assists in preparing physician compensation quarterly reports and data. Completes provider actions including salary changes and internal job changes as directed. Gathers appropriate data to support compensation decisions, participates in compensation surveys, and prepares materials for provider compensation review activities.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

(A = basics; B = preferred)

Education

A.

Bachelor's in business, HR, Statistics/math, or complimentary major.

B.

MBA or complimentary major preferred.

Experience

A.

* Three to five years' experience in supporting compensation design, analysis, communication and administration of compensation programs with a focus on data analytics, or finance experience Experience with HRIS technology or web-based compensation analysis tools or platforms. Highly proficient analysis skills using Access and Excel

B.

* Financial or business analysis experience Some familiarity with physician / provider compensation programs and analysis in a health care environment

CCP, SPHR, or PHR

Special Skills

A.

* Ability to organize, plan, and problem solve to achieve desired objectives. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, customer service goals, and accuracy. Above average ability to communicate sensitive compensation matters

Experience w/HRIS systems or program implementation Experience using INFOR / Lawson / PeopleFluent preferred.
