The Carrier Relationship Manager will develop and maintain
relationships with carrier partners, executive management, and key
personnel in support of Kelsey ACO Health Plan account retention
and renewals. The Carrier Relationship Manager will play a lead
role in annual plan review, retention and renewal of key cases. The
Carrier Relationship Manager will take steps to advance
relationships at identified Kelsey ACO Health Plan partners to
achieve increased market share of in-force cases. The Carrier
Relationship Manager will support Health Plan Sales Managers in the
RFP process and work on implementation of cases in partnership with
KelseyCare Operations Account Management on assigned groups.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Associates degree or comparable work experience. Education may
be substituted for each year work experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
10 years' experience in benefits design, insurancesales or
accounts management for a healthplan. Detailed knowledge of the RFP
process, sales planning and execution processes. Successful
experience inworking at a health plan, consulting firm or in
asimilar industry focusing on health plan carrierrelationships or
General Lines Agent: Life, Accident, Health and HMO - State of
Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to engage, collaborate and build strong
relationships with health plans contacts. Demonstrated contacts at
carriers preferably in the Houston market. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office
products. Results focused with proven ability to meet deadlines and
deliver results against specific timelines.
