Pearland Pearland, Texas CT Technologist CAT Scan As a vital member
of the HCA Healthcare System, HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland which
offers 33 licensed beds and shares the strength of more than 165
hospitals across the United States and England, including The Woman
s Hospital of Texas and HCA Healthcare Clear Lake. The hospital is
affiliated with HCA Houston Healthcare, part of the HCA Healthcare
Gulf Coast Division. The division is a comprehensive network of
hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, emergency centers and
diagnostic imaging facilities in greater Houston, Corpus Christi
and South Texas. Facilities include: 17 hospitals, nine ambulatory
care centers, 13 off-campus emergency centers, and a regional
transfer center. What you will do in this role: CT Technologists
prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the
process and positioning patients to correctly capture the images
requested by a physician. Techs operate CT equipment, which
produces cross-sectional images of patients bones, organs and
tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions.Demonstrates
knowledge of patient assessment including history, monitoring,
vital signs, oximetry, heart rhythm and cardiac cycle.Demonstrates
knowledge of IV procedures, venipuncture, site selection, aseptic
and sterile technique. Qualifications What qualifications you will
