Job Description:
Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Human Resources
Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the
recruitment life cycle of job vacancies for all Allied
Companies.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruit hourly field employees to C-Suite level candidates by using
a series of recruiting methodsRecruits and managers resume review,
phone/Teams screenings, screening checklists and spreadsheets,
interview templates, and in-person interviewing to pass potential
hires off to the Human Resources Manager for offer letters,
pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, and new hire
orientation.Puts together application postings and job descriptions
using ADP and the company websiteCoordinates interviews with
leaders, meets with leaders for critical characteristics of
positionsSupport the HR Manager in the overall hiring process,
collaborate on job requisition details and creation, planning and
implementation of recruitment strategies and to attract and select
top talent in key markets in the region.Create job advertisements
to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement,
online posting and targeted job boards.Effectively screen and
interview candidates to meet managers needsEnsure positive
applicant experience throughout the hiring processSource talented
and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand
impact of applied strategies.Coordinate key sourcing channels,
implementing a variety of candidate generation techniques,
strategies, and programs to stay ahead of new innovationDevelop
consultative partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders,
involved in the hiring process.Maintain strong partnerships with
our Third Party Agents, these include but are not limited to:
University Contacts, recruitment Agents and Professional Networking
groups.Be responsible for data entry into the Application tracking
system in ADP and the maintenance of records.Update the job
requisition list for the Executive Team on a weekly basis.Develop
recruitment programs and attend Career Job Fairs, High School Job
Fairs, and Trade showsAssist the marketing team with social media
recruitment posts.Other duties as assigned Knowledge:Bachelor's
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field; or an equivalent combination of education and
experienceProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
preferredWork Experience: Minimum of 3 years Human Resources
experienceMinimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting/talent
acquisition experience Skills and Competencies:Excellent written,
verbal and presentation skillsDetail oriented with excellent
organization skillsProficient in working with Microsoft Office
Products Familiarity with industry best practices and
standardsAbility to translate complex problems and concepts in
trainingTactful, diplomatic, confidential and the highest level of
integrity. Strong leadership with demonstrated skills and ability
to coach and develop others. Demonstrate the ability to operate
effectively in an independent manner, using independent judgment
and an understanding of strategic and tactical business needs.
