Job Description:
CORPORATE SERVICES COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Send emails to customers requesting feedback on satisfaction
for continuous improvement
- Share customer feedback with appropriate department and senior
management for improvement opportunities and further communication
with customers
- Share positive feedback with Marketing team to be included in
monthly newsletter
- Maintain and distribute company organizational charts for all
departments
- Company and Employee Licenses
- Process renewal of all company state licenses in the various
states
- Process all employee and company state fire marshal new license
applications, renewals, and change of addresses with state fire
marshal office
- Maintain copy of all employee and company state fire marshal
licenses in Corporate Services shared drive and a printed copy of
all Pearland employee licenses
- Ensure that all company state fire marshal and state licenses
are on display
- Overhead Purchase Orders
- Issue overhead purchase orders for all company offices
- Post OH PO signed proof of delivery & receive into ERP
- Order and maintain company mobile phones and accessories
- Travel
- Make all hotel reservations for employee job-related and
overhead hotel needs
- Process all employee per diem request by loading funds to per
diem cards, ordering instant issue per diem cards, and keeping
track of transactions with accounting
- Maintain company phone list
- Assist with time sheet entry for payroll
- Assist with or arrange for all Pearland office maintenance
issues
- Support Corporate Services team with new hires, transfers,
promotions and terminations
- Support Corporate Services and Executive team with special
projects, programs and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge:
- High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is
preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Administrative experience; Experience in a
similar role is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Administrative experience; Experience in a
similar role is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Products including
Word and Excel
- Proficient in PDF creation
- Must have valid state driver's license and good driving
