CORPORATE SERVICES COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONJob
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Employee
Satisfaction SurveySend emails to customers requesting feedback on
satisfaction for continuous improvementShare customer feedback with
appropriate department and senior management for improvement
opportunities and further communication with customersShare
positive feedback with Marketing team to be included in monthly
newsletterMaintain and distribute company organizational charts for
all departmentsCompany and Employee LicensesProcess renewal of all
company state licenses in the various statesProcess all employee
and company state fire marshal new license applications, renewals,
and change of addresses with state fire marshal officeMaintain copy
of all employee and company state fire marshal licenses in
Corporate Services shared drive and a printed copy of all Pearland
employee licensesEnsure that all company state fire marshal and
state licenses are on displayOverhead Purchase OrdersIssue overhead
purchase orders for all company officesPost OH PO signed proof of
delivery & receive into ERPOrder and maintain company mobile phones
and accessoriesTravelMake all hotel reservations for employee
job-related and overhead hotel needsProcess all employee per diem
request by loading funds to per diem cards, ordering instant issue
per diem cards, and keeping track of transactions with
accountingMaintain company phone listAssist with time sheet entry
for payrollAssist with or arrange for all Pearland office
maintenance issuesSupport Corporate Services team with new hires,
transfers, promotions and terminationsSupport Corporate Services
and Executive team with special projects, programs and
initiativesOther duties as assignedKnowledge:High School diploma or
GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum of 5 years
Administrative experience; Experience in a similar role is
preferredAbility to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesWork
Experience: Minimum of 5 years Administrative experience;
Experience in a similar role is preferredSkills and
Competencies:Excellent written, verbal and presentation
skillsDetail oriented with excellent organization skillsProficient
in working with Microsoft Office Products including Word and
ExcelProficient in PDF creationMust have valid state driver's
license and good driving recordPhysical Requirements 100% Office
