Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer,
Compilers.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead technical projects for features across the Swift compiler
and toolchain for Windows
Port existing frameworks to Windows and address Windows-specific
bugs and tests
Monitor builds and resolve failures in the Swift CI system
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in operating systems or low-level systems
work
Familiarity with build systems and tooling to enhance usability and
maintainability
Experience working on large, complex codebases
Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product
validation cycles
Time zone overlap with North American team members, specifically at
least 4+ hours with Eastern Time Zone
