Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY To manage all operational activities and ensure the
efficient, secure, and cost-effective delivery of banking services.
This role ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, and
regulatory requirements while optimizing branch operations for
enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. The
position involves overseeing branch operations, including New
Accounts and Tellers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize the utilization of core banking systems and implement
process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Monitor
daily reports, including DDA, CD, ACH, NSF, OD, and GL, to oversee
branch operations and risk management. Ensure compliance with all
policies, procedures, and regulations while improving operational
efficiencies and mitigating risks. Supervise and provide guidance
for Tellers and New Accounts teams to align operations with
regulatory and bank standards. Ensures all branch personnel adhere
to established bank policies and procedures, and best practices.
Develop, implement, and monitor security and accountability
procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of information
flow. Lead process improvement initiatives, including system
enhancements and product testing for operational effectiveness.
Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and
accountability measures for all branch operations personnel.
Maintain full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
governing branch operations, ensuring regulatory readiness at all
times. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REPORTING Support branch
operations staff, including Branch Managers in Operations, and
foster a collaborative team environment. Direct, coordinate, and
evaluate all aspects of branch operations to achieve organizational
goals. Execute supervisory responsibilities in compliance with
company policies and labor laws, including interviewing, hiring,
training, performance management, employee recognition, and
disciplinary actions. Address employee concerns, resolve
operational challenges, and ensure efficient resolution of customer
service issues. ORGANIZATION Identify and recommend process
improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of branch
operations. RELATIONSHIPS Provide guidance and support to officers
and staff ion their operational roles. Represent the bank in
community projects and initiatives as needed. Maintain the
confidentiality of customer and bank information, ensuring
adherence to data protection policies. Act as a liaison between the
bank, customers, and the community to foster strong relationships
that support the bank's growth and reputation. Support management
in special projects and assignments as required. Employment Type:
