Were growing locally and looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Associate or Intern who wants real-world marketing experience, portfolio-worthy work, and commission potential. This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, career switcher, or entrepreneurial marketer looking to build hands-on experience in social media, local marketing, and small business growth. What Youll Do Youll play a key role in growing our local presence through both digital and in-person engagement, including: Create and post social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Capture local content (studio workouts, events, behind-the-scenes, testimonials) Engage with local followers, businesses, schools, and community groups Support local outreach and B2B marketing (partnerships, referrals, cross-promotions) Help promote offers, events, and membership campaigns Track engagement and provide simple performance insights What Were Looking For Interest in marketing, social media, branding, or fitness/wellness Comfortable creating short-form content (or eager to learn) Self-starter with good communication skills Familiar with Instagram/TikTok trends (posting, stories, reels) Organized and able to work independently Local to the area (preferred, but not required for all tasks) No prior professional experience required this is a learning-forward role.
