[Customer Service / Fully Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $20 per

- As a Support Desk Agent you'll: Enthusiastically support online
participants with support needs by email and phone; Address client
questions and needs related to their learning experience on the
online learning platform; Work through the hundreds of weekly cases
and address participant needs quickly, thoroughly, accurately, and
professionally; Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and flag issues
as they occur; Promptly escalate more complex problems to
