As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with existing customers and expanding our market presence through new client acquisition. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for the home decor sector and a proven track record in sales success. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Identify and target potential clients, and develop strategic approaches to cultivate leads into lasting partnerships. Achieve sales targets and expand Surya’s market footprint through effective client pitches and sales strategies. Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend enhancements to Surya’s product offerings and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the design and marketing departments to create compelling presentations and sales materials. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote Surya’s products. Provide regular sales forecasts and client updates to the management team. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Keen understanding of the furniture and home decor market Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel as needed Salesforce certification (preferred) Professional Selling Skills certification (advantageous)
