Job Description Job Description A top client is seeking a
results-driven Account Service Representative (ASR) in Dallas, TX
to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance
clients. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional
with experience in account management, sales, and commercial
landscaping services. As the ASR, you serve as the primary point of
contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service
delivery, strong client relationships, and consistent enhancement
and ancillary revenue growth. This position partners closely with
Operations to ensure service excellence, customer retention, and
long-term account success. As the ASR, you are responsible for:
Client Relationship Management · Serve as the primary contact for
assigned HOA, commercial, retail, and industrial landscaping
clients · Conduct regular site walks, client meetings, and
performance reviews · Prepare and deliver professional account
updates and follow-ups · Build strong relationships with property
managers, board members, and key stakeholders · Proactively resolve
service issues in coordination with Operations · Act as a trusted
advisor by recommending service strategies aligned with client
goals and budgets · Manage client expectations related to scope,
seasonal changes, and weather impacts Revenue Growth & Enhancement
Sales · Identify, propose, and close landscape enhancement
opportunities · Develop annual enhancement plans for key accounts ·
Maintain a consistent proposal pipeline within Aspire CRM · Drive
attachment rate and ancillary revenue growth · Collaborate with
Operations to ensure accurate project scoping and execution
Customer Retention & Account Health · Own customer retention for
assigned accounts · Conduct periodic account health reviews
evaluating satisfaction, service quality, and financial performance
· Monitor customer feedback, service trends, and complaints to
identify at-risk accounts early · Implement retention and recovery
strategies as needed · Lead contract renewals and scope adjustments
· Document retention strategies and outcomes in CRM Internal
Collaboration & Reporting · Work closely with Branch Managers,
Production Managers, and field teams · Participate in weekly sales,
account review, and forecasting meetings · Support onboarding of
new accounts by confirming scope, schedules, and expectations ·
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, activity tracking, and
reporting · Provide leadership feedback on operational capacity and
service challenges To be successful in the role, you must possess:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field,
or equivalent industry experience · Minimum 2 years of experience
in sales or account management · Preferred experience in commercial
landscaping, construction, or related service industries · Strong
understanding of: commercial landscape maintenance, lawn care and
irrigation systems, landscape enhancements and renovation services
strongly preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · CRM
experience (Aspire preferred) · Strong customer service and
relationship management skills · Detail-oriented with excellent
follow-through · Initiative-driven and results-focused · Effective
negotiation and consultative selling abilities · Strong verbal and
written communication skills · Ability to manage multiple accounts
