The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Wi-Fi and networking, home automation, A/V, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems. While this position will be leading others, it is also the expectation that the role will include installation and programming. Responsibilities: Perform installations and oversee low-voltage technicians and subcontractors. Assign tasks and manage project timelines and budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Manage inventory and ensure job site preparation and cleanup. Deliver a white-glove customer service experience. Train and mentor junior technicians. Ensure compliance with safety standards. Handle programming, installation, orientation, and follow-up service calls. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing others in a home automation and integrator environment. Competency in Wi-Fi/networking, home automation, surround sound and AV, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently - utilizing any and all resources to provide solutions. Excellent project management skills. Strong customer service orientation.
